Expression of Pp2B-14D^{act.tin.C.T:Avic\GFP-EYFP} in adults results in decreased lifespan, a significantly larger heart, enlarged end-diastolic dimension of the cardiac chamber and reduced fractional shortening, but the heart wall is not significantly thicker, and there is no significant difference in the number of cardiomyocytes, as compared to controls.
