Detailed Description

A subset of NosΔall/NosΔall or NosΔall/NosΔN-ter mutants display pruning defects and/or precocious regrowth of axons in the mushroom body gamma-lobe, as compared to controls.

NosΔall/NosΔall mushroom body clones do not display any obvious phenotype in gamma lobe innervation, as compared to controls.

Expression of NosIVS.Syn21.p10.10xScer\UAS under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR71G10 in NosΔall/NosΔall mushroom body clones leads to a dramatic delay in axon regrowth in the gamma lobe.
