      The age-progressive rapid deterioration in adult locomotion (climbing ability) as well as the decreased adult lifespan characteristic for flies expressing either auxGD7187 or auxKK100927 (each together with UAS-Dicer2 to enhance RNAi efficiency) under the control of either Scer\GAL4ple.PU or Scer\GAL4Ddc.PU can be rescued by co-expression of auxFL.Scer\UAS.T:Avic\GFP.
