      Comments

      The co-expression of Sec71ΔDCB.Scer\UAS partially rescues the dendritic arborization defects at the white pupa stage, but not the pruning defects at 16h after puparium formation, observed in dorsal multidendritic ddaC neurons upon the expression of Sec71HMS00357 under the combined control of Scer\GAL4ppk.PU and Dicer-2 transgene.
