Description

A mutated copy of the Tpi locus (containing the amino acid replacements T73R and G74E), with the open reading frame tagged at the C-terminal end with CFP, has been inserted into the attP site present in TpiattP. These mutations are predicted to result in disruption of dimerization of the Tpi protein.
