      Expressing lbeUAS.Tag:MYC under the control of Scer\GAL4wg-MD758 results in a significant reduction of axons in the medial-most Fas2-immunopositive fascicle in the embryonic ventral nerve cord.

      Co-expressing lbeUAS.Tag:MYC and knUAS.cSa.Tag:HA under the control of either Scer\GAL4elav-C155 or Scer\GAL4wg-MD758 in embryos results in the formation of ectopic ap-expressing neurons which project axons into a common medial fascicle. This in turn leads to the loss of lateral longitudinal fascicles and an overall reduction of the number of longitudinal fascicles. Co-expression under the control of Scer\GAL4wg-MD758 results in a loss of motor neuron projections in thoracic nerves.
