      Adults expressing ykiΔNH.UAS.Tag:FLAG,Tag:Myr(Src64B) under the control of Scer\GAL4nub-AC-62 display significantly bigger wings, as compared to controls.Wing discs expressing ykiΔNH.UAS.Tag:FLAG,Tag:Myr(Src64B) under the control of Scer\GAL4ap-md544 show an indentation at the wing disc epithelium dorsal-ventral boundary, as compared to controls.

      Wing disc clones expressing ykiΔNH.UAS.Tag:FLAG,Tag:Myr(Src64B) under the control of Scer\GAL4Tub.PU occupy a significantly larger disc area than control clones.
