A 674bp region just upstream of dac is replaced with 118 bases (CGGACATATGCACACCTGCGATCATAACTTCGTATAATGTATGCTATACGAAGTTATAGAAGAGCACTAGTAAAGATCTCCATGCATAAGGCAACGGTAGCGCTTCGTGTGTACGTAT). One of two deletions in strain. The other deletion maps within the large intron of CG5888.
