Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of the short, membrane anchored form of Nlg3 that is produced in wild-type flies by proteolytic cleavage catalyzed by the Tace enzyme. The protein comprises the signal peptide sequence plus amino acid residues 532-1159 of the full-length sequence.
