      The expression of TnksUAS.Tag:FLAG under the control of Scer\GAL4GMR.PU in both Rnf14617/Rnf14678 transheterozygous and heterozygous backgrounds results in a rough eye phenotype, which is more severe in the homozygous backgrounds.
