      Co-expressing CCT4UAS.cKa with either CCT4KK108551 or CCT4NIG.5525R under the control of Scer\GAL4ptc.PU rescues the size reduction of the wing blade domain between L3 and L4 veins, while co-expression under the control of Scer\GAL4nub.PU rescues wing formation, and co-expression under the control of Scer\GAL4ey.PU fully rescues head formation defects induced by either CCT4KK108551 or CCT4NIG.5525R expression alone.
