Description

UASt regulatory sequences drive expression of seven tandem copies of the miniSOG photosensitizer protein, which can be used for labeling of subcellular components for electron microscopy. The protein is tagged at the N-terminal end with Lifeact (resulting in the fusion protein binding F-actin) and at the C-terminal end with two copies of TagRFP.
