A 3xTag:FLAG-Tag:StrepII-Venus-Tag:StrepII (FSVS) multi-tag cassette has been inserted into the endogenous sgg locus, at the C-terminal end of the open reading frame of the PB isoform (this protein isoform is identical to isoforms PC, PE, PF, PH and PI, and the tagged exon of the PB isoform is also shared by isoforms PG, PD, PP and PN).

      Ubiquitous expression of tagged isoform sgg-PB is observed in the blastoderm. At later stages expression is prominent in the hindgut, midgut and salivary glands. At higher magnification, staining is also observed in developing muscles and epidermis.
