      The Dsk reporter labels four pairs of neurons in the medial protocerebrum, and weakly labels a few insulin-producing cells (IPCs) in the pars intercerebralis region. It labels a subset of neurons in the brain, previously identified as Dsk-expression neurons, including four pairs of neurons in the medial protocerebrum (two pairs of MP1 and two pairs of MP3 cells), and a few IPCs.
