A 40bp sequence of ppk25 (from the 4th-43rd nucleotide) is deleted and replaced with a cassette containing Tag:NLS(Unk)-lexA::p65-loxP-Disc\RFP3xP3.cUa-loxP; the Disc\RFP3xP3.cUa marker is then removed via P1\cre.
