      Adults expressing jbugUAS.RF under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 or Scer\GAL469B produce short, bent, and rough-ended bristles on the thorax. Pupae expressing jbugUAS.RF under the control of Scer\GAL4da.G32 also show bent thoracic bristles.

      Stage 16 embryos expressing jbugUAS.RF under the control of Scer\GAL4fkh.PH present salivary glands with irregular expanded and irregular luminal domains/apical regions.
