Cytology
Description

Incomplete homologous recombination at the jbug locus, resulting in part of the donor construct being inserted into the locus. Recombination of the 3' homology arm occurred as expected, but the other homology arm has been inserted into the jbug locus along with a loxP cassette containing a w+mW.hs marker. The insertion disrupts the jbug-RI and jbug-RF/M/N isoforms.
