UAS regulatory sequences drive expression the ATP8A coding region that is shared by all isoforms (codons 26-1091 amplified from the GH28327 cDNA clone). The protein is tagged at the C-terminal end with Tag:FLAG and is also tagged with a Kir2.1 ER exit signal.
