Description

A knockout of cno that contains an attP site for future re-integration of sequence into the locus. Generated in a two-step process. Firstly, the loxP cassette in TI{TI}cnoΔRA was excised, leaving a single attP site and a single loxP site in place of cno exons 2-6. Secondly, homology-directed repair was used to delete most of the remaining cno sequence (all exons downstream of exon 7 have been removed) and replace this deleted sequence with a loxP cassette containing a Disc\RFPDsRed(T1).3xP3.cHa marker.
