Description

A T2A-GAL4 cassette has been inserted into the endogenous dpn locus, at the C-terminal end of the open reading frame. The presence of the T2A sequence allows separate translation of both the dpn and GAL4 proteins. A single loxP site is present downstream of the inserted GAL4 sequence.
