Description

A TI{SA-KozakGAL4} DNA cassette has been inserted into an intron in the 5'UTR of the CG7985 gene. This is designed to lead to the expression of GAL4 under the control of CG7985 regulatory sequences together with the truncation of the CG7985 transcript upstream of the coding exons. The sgRNA sequence used to target the gene was: CTTTGTGGACACTTGTTAGTCGG.
