Description

Deletion that removes sequence encoding the last exon of sei and the last four exons of ppk29. A sequence cassette flanked by inverted attP sites has been inserted in place of the deleted sequence. It contains: 1. a strong splice acceptor followed by stop codons and an SV40 polyA terminator and 2: a Disc\RFPDsRed.3xP3.cUa marker.
