Description

The RMCE cassette of the Mi{MIC}dsxMI03050 insertion has been replaced with sequence that encodes the last common exon of dsx followed by the female-specific exon. This results in a locus that constitutively expresses the female-specific isoform (dsx-F). A Disc\RFPDsRed.3xP3.cUa marker has also been inserted.
