Description

UASt sequences regulate expression of the Ten-m B isoform, tagged at the N-terminal end with Tag:V5. Silent mutations have been introduced into the Ten-m sequence to render the transgene resistant to RNAi mediated by the dsRNA-VSH330540 shRNA.
