Description

24 repeats of the SunTag(v4) peptide have been inserted at the N-terminal end of the coding sequence of the endogenous nanos locus. In addition, a PBac{ScarlessHD-DsRed} element, together with some flanking nanos sequences, has been inserted approximately 300bp upstream of the nanos transcription start site.
