Description

BAC clone (CH322-47O20) that encompasses shrb, in which the genomic sequence encoding the shrb transcription unit has been replaced by a Hsap\CHMP4B cDNA. Amino acid replacements E90R, E94R and E97R have been introduced into the Hsap\CHMP4B coding sequence; this prevents interactions between Hsap\CHMP4B protomers.
