Description

The RMCE cassette of the TI{CRIMIC.TG4.1}apolppCR70471-TG4.1 insertion has been replaced with a 'Double Header' (DH) trapping cassette (contains two independent trapping modules oriented in opposite directions). The insertion is in an intron of apolpp, in the gene-trap orientation relative to the gene, which is predicted to trap the gene with a T2A-GAL4 cassette.
