Employing the intersectional Split-Gal4 method ScerGAL4DBD.R48D11 drives expression in centrifugal neurons C2, C3 and in less than 10% of columnar neurons T1 when combined with HsapRELAAD.R20C11. In combination with HsapRELAAD.R25B02 expression is driven exclusively in centrifugal neurons C2.
