conu specifically coimmunoprecipitates Rho1 in the presence of NaF, but not in its absence. This suggests that conu has specific GAP activity for Rho1.

conu does not interact with other GTPases tested: Rac1, Rac2, Cdc42, Mtl, RhoL, RhoU or Arf51F.
