Comments concerning this interaction

Panx dimerization was inferred from dimeric complex formation with Nxt1, nxf2 and ctp. Deletion of both ctp binding sites in Panx and the C-terminal α helices results in a monomeric complex suggesting that the α helical domain promotes Panx dimerization in the absence of ctp.

Interaction in vitro; proteins produced as a recombinant fusion proteins in an insect cell system.
