S2 Nuclear extracts over-expressing Kr-h1 and Mt2 were mixed with biotin labeled DNA and detected by chemiluminescence. DNA-protein complexes were disrupted by addition of FLAG or Myc antibodies and were used to deduce protein-protein interactions.
