drk14-7 and drk6 are EMS-induced mutations. drk6 is a hypomorphic allele giving a rough eye phenotype when combined with stronger loss-of-function alleles.
"crowded by cid" (cbc) is CG5970 (FBgn0033842). cbcT7-1 and cbcT13-5 are EMS-induced, loss-of-function alleles. The cbcT13-5 mutation causes a Gln to stop change in amino acid 5. The cbcT7-1 mutation causes an Ala to Thr change in amino acid 37.
"bb in a boxcar" (bbc) is CG6016 (FBgn0033844) and was named for its small brain phenotype. bbcT12-3 and bbcT5-3 are EMS-induced, loss-of-function mutations. The bbcT5-3 mutation causes a Q to stop change in amino acid 16. The bbcT12-3 mutation causes a M to K change in amino acid 1.
cidT22-4 (FBal0197965), cidT11-2 and cidT21-3 are EMS-induced, loss-of-function alleles. The cidT22-4 mutation causes a Q to stop change in amino acid 102. The cidT11-2 mutation causes a Q to stop change in amino acid 51. The cidT21-3 mutation cause a Q to stop mutation in amino acid 94.
