Sec151 is a K137Stop mutation, rather than N136Stop as reported. The primers used to create the rescue allele Sec15+t5 published in the supplementary materials are incorrect. The actual primers are 5'-AAAAAAGCGGCCGCcatgcacagggatatgttgc-3' and 5'-AAAGGATCCtccttctgcactggaaggag-3', where the genomic sequences are in lower case.
