The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Yi Chen and Larry Zipursky, University of California at Los Angeles.
P{20C11-FLPG5} and P{sens-FLPG5.C} are constructs used in Chen et al. (FBrf0223931). Both express the FLP variant with glycine at amino acid 5 that has not been codon optimized for Drosophila, described in Nern et al. (FBrf0214794).
P{20C11-FLPG5}attP40 is an insertion into P{CaryP}attP40 at 25C6,  2L:5108448  (R5).
P{sens-FLPG5.C}attP18 is an insertion into P{CaryP}attP18 at 6C12,  X:6650355..6654052  (R5).
