M{alphaTub84B(FRT.Max.y+)GAL4} contains alphaTub84B regulatory sequences driving expression of an untagged Max cDNA residing within an FRT-flanked cassette. The cassette also contains a yellow (y) minigene. Upon FLP-mediated removal of the cassette, the tubulin regulatory sequences drive expression of GAL4.
M{alphaTub84B(FRT.Max.y+)GAL4}ZH-51D is an insertion into the M{3xP3-RFP.attP}ZH-51D attP target site at 51D9,  2R:15054298  (release 6).
