The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Hugo Bellen at the Baylor College of Medicine.
Insertions of constructs from Li et al. (2016) (FBrf0232422):
PBac{UAS-Ubr3.L.FLAG}VK00033 is a third chromosome insertion into the PBac{y+-attP-3B}VK00033 target site at 65B2 (R6, 3L:6442676 ), homozygous semi-lethal.
PBac{UAS-Ubr3.RINGmut.FLAG}VK00033 is a third chromosome insertion into the PBac{y+-attP-3B}VK00033 target site at 65B2 (R6, 3L:6442676 ), homozygous viable and fertile.
The following constructs are unpublished:
1) PBac{UAS-hUBR3.EGFP} carries a human UBR3 with EGFP fused at the C-terminus.
PBac{UAS-hUBR3.EGFP}VK00037 is a second chromosome insertion into the PBac{y+-attP-3B}VK00037 target site at 22A3 (R6, 2L:1582820 ), homozygous viable and fertile.
PBac{UAS-hUBR3.EGFP}VK00033 is a third chromosome insertion into the PBac{y+-attP-3B}VK00033 target site at 65B2 (R6, 3L:6442676 ), homozygous viable and fertile.
2) PBac{3xFlag.2xHA.Ubr3.18.3} carries a full length genomic fragment of Ubr3 with FLAG and HA tag fused at the N-terminus.
PBac{3xFlag.2xHA.Ubr3.18.3}VK00033 is a third chromosome insertion into the PBac{y+-attP-3B}VK00033 target site at 65B2 (R6, 3L:6442676 ), homozygous viable.
3) PBac{Ubr3.18.3.EGFP} carries a full length genomic fragment of Ubr3 with EGFP fused at the C-terminus.
PBac{Ubr3.18.3.EGFP}VK00033 is a third chromosome insertion into the PBac{y+-attP-3B}VK00033 target site at 65B2 (R6, 3L:6442676 ), homozygous viable.
