The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Susan Parkhurst, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center.
P{UASp-GFP.wash} is a P{UASp} construct expressing a GFP-wash fusion protein under UAS control.
P{wash-sfGFP.wash} expresses a superfolder GFP-wash fusion protein under the control of wash regulatory sequences. This construct was used in experiments described in Verboon et al., 2018 (FBrf0238599, see Figure 2).
P{sqh-sfGFP.sti} expresses a superfolder GFP-sti fusion protein ubiquitously under the control of sqh regulatory sequences.
P{UASp-ChFP.sti} is a P{UASp} construct expressing a ChFP-sti fusion protein under UAS control.
P{UASt-GFP.pav.DEAD} is a P{UAST} construct expressing a GFP-tagged pav protein with a mutation in the ATP-binding site. The coding sequence is similar to that present in P{UASp-GFP-pav.DEAD}.
P{UASp-GFP.wash}15, P{sqh-sfGFP.sti}10 and P{UASt-GFP.pav.DEAD}141 are homozygous and hemizygous viable and fertile, X chromosome insertions.
P{UASp-GFP.wash}26, P{wash-sfGFP.wash}104, P{sqh-sfGFP.sti}20 and P{UASt-GFP.pav.DEAD}88 are homozygous viable and fertile, second chromosome insertions.
P{UASp-ChFP.sti}20 is a second chromosome insertion.
P{UASp-GFP.wash}35, P{sqh-sfGFP.sti}32 and P{UASp-ChFP.sti}30 are homozygous viable and fertile, third chromosome insertions.
