The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Drosophila Stock Center by Brian Oliver and Pradeep Bhaskar, NIH, National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases.
Tagged isoforms of dsx at the endogenous locus have been generated using CRISPR followed by homology directed repair.
1. TI{2A-EGFP}dsxM.3xFLAG tags the male isoform.
A 3xFLAG-T2A-EGFP-NLS tag cassette followed by a male stop TAG has been inserted at  3R:7930232..7930233  (release 6 coordinates).
2. TI{2A-DsRed2}dsxF.3xHA tags the female isoform.
A 3xHA-T2A-DsRed2-NLS tag cassette followed by a female stop TGA has been inserted at  3R:7935564..7935565  (release 6 coordinates).
