PBac{UAS-hOPTN.V5} is a pUASTattB construct expressing human optineurin (OPTN) protein with a C-terminal V5 tag under UAS control. The OPTN sequence corresponds to OPTN splice variant 1 as described at https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/nuccore/NM_001008211.1.
PBac{UAS-hOPTN.E50K.V5} is an identical construct except sequence changes have been introduced to result in the E50K amino acid substitution associated with familial glaucoma.
PBac{UAS-hOPTN.R545Q.V5} is an identical construct except sequence changes have been introduced to result in the R545Q amino acid substitution associated with familial glaucoma.
