The following information accompanied stocks donated to the Bloomington Stock Center by Christian Lehner, University of Zürich.
P{mNeonGreen.ord} is a pCaSperR4 construct expressing ord protein with an N-terminal mNeonGreen tag under control of the ord cis-regulatory region. It prevents sex-chromosome nondisjunction in ord10/Df(2R)3-70 mutants.
P{mNeonGreen.ord}II.1 is a second chromosome insertion.
P{mNeonGreen.ord}III.1 is a third chromosome insertion.
