    how[24B]-GAL4 driving UAS-Ras85D with an attP flanked cassette for RMCE and co-expression of GFP, line 1. how[24B] is expressed in mesoderm and tendon cells. Polyclonal cell line with approximately half the cells positive for the mesodermal marker twi. Rare cells express the neuronal markers HRP and 22C10. Very rare cells express Mhc.
