    btl-GAL4 driving UAS-Ras85D and UAS-p35 (baculovirus anti-apoptotic factor p35) with an attP flanked cassette for RMCE, line 8. btl is expressed in the tracheal lineage. Polyclonal cell line with cells positive for shg (DE-Cad/Shotgun) and the mesodermal marker twi. Rare cells express the neuronal markers HRP and 22C10.
