EcollacZTl-AK80 is highly expressed in muscle 13, but weaking in muscle 12.

Enhancer trap staining is observed in a small subset of ventral muscles (longitudinal muscle 4 and oblique muscles 4 and 5) and more weakly in other ventral muscles (oblique muscles 3 and 6) and in some lateral muscles. Expression also occurs in the midline, heart, hindgut, and other tissues.
