ScerGAL4^R6 expresses in a few neurons of the CNS other than the LNv neurons.

Expression of ScerGAL4^R6 in the s-LNv neurons is restricted to the Pdf expressing neurons. Expression was occasionally seen in a single prominent neuron in the lateral protocerebrum, one to three neurons in the pars intercerebrals and several paired neurons in the subesophageal neuromeres.
