ScerGAL4cb03 drives expression in a few random cells in embryos, in the larval central nervous system, and in the adult testis. During oogenesis, ScerGAL4cb01 drives expression in the terminal filament and/or in female germline stem cells, in all follicle cells at stages S1-14, in the oocyte at stage S10, and in the dorsal appendage forming follicle cells.
