ScerGAL4cb36 drives expression in the embryonic CNS and PNS, in the larval central nervous system including the brain, in all imaginal discs, and in the adult testis. During oogenesis, ScerGAL4cb36 drives expression in terminal filaments and/or female germline stem cells, in a few scattered follicle cells at stages S1-8 and all follicle cells at stages S9-14, in nurse cells at stage 10, and interfollicle cells (stalk cells).
