ScerGAL4cb13 drives expression in the embryonic CNS, PNS, chordotonal organs, and somatic musculature, in the larval central nervous system including the brain, in all imaginal discs, in the mesothoracic tergum primordium and wing hinge primordium of the wing disc, and in circumferential rings around the adult testis. During oogenesis, ScerGAL4cb13 drives expression in follicle stem cells in germarium region 2, in germline stem cells in germarium region 1, and in all follicle cells.
