ScerGAL4cb05 drives expression in the antenno-maxillary complex and embryonic CNS, in the larval central nervous system including the brain, and in the leg and eye-antennal discs. During oogenesis, ScerGAL4cb05 drives expression in germarium region 2, oocyte associated follicle cells at stages S10-13, nurse cells, oocytes at stages S8-10, the aeropyle, and dorsal appendage forming follicle cells. No expression is observed in the adult testis.
