Reference

ScerGAL4Lk6-GSG1142 drives mifepristone-inducible expression primarily in neurons. Strong expression is observed in FMRF-positive Tv neurons in thoracic segments of the ventral nerve cord. Weaker expression is observed in around 3 lateral cells in abdominal segments of the ventral nerve cord. Occasional expression is observed in a few additional lateral cells and a few scattered ventral cells. Weak expression is observed in longitudinal intersegmental processes along the CL FasII axon tract. Weak expression is observed in scattered cells, possibly glia, throughout the central brain regions, with stronger expression in a single, more lateral, cell. Weak expression is observed in chordotonal organs.
