Reference

ScerGAL4amn-GSG3173-3 drives mifepristone-inducible expression primarily neuronally. Weak variable expression is observed in 1-3 dorsal midline cells per hemisegment in the ventral nerve cord; these cells include A1-7 dorsal motor neurons. Weak expression is also oberved in 5-10 lateral cells per hemisegment, and >10 ventral cells per hemisegment, including 2-3 cells per hemisegmen at the ventral midline. Expression with variable penetrance is observed in lateral longitudinal processes between the DL and VL FasII axon tracts. Weak expression is observed in scattered cell bodies, possibly glia, in the brain hemispheres. Weak expression is observed in the neuromuscular junctions of the intersegmental nerve. Expression is observed in the ring gland.
